So, nobody liked the chicken I served up. That's okay. Do we like whale? I personally never eaten it. I hear you can get some in Iceland or Japan. I wonder if Sportacus eats whale with his sports candy... Welp! If you want to save the whales, join the crew of the good ship Enterprise for... aka "the one with the whales". Chosen by: centipedeYear: 1986 Starring: William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy & the gang Directed by: Leonard Nimoy Written by: Gene Roddenbery, Leonard Nimoy, Steve Meerson, Peter Krikes, Harve Bennett, Nicholas Meyer Be sure to add more movies to the "No more MotW" thread.

This is the second best original series Star Trek movie. Truly a great movie that perfectly encapsulates everything the original Star Trek show was all about. I watched it a couple of week ago and wrote this review:
"The Voyage Home is perhaps the Star Trek movie that most closely resembles the TV show. This is what Star Trek is all about; time traveling into the past and going around in our present time. I love how we get classic Star Trek moments of these classic and iconic characters getting into funny situations because they are not familiar with the customs of the time. The premise of getting humpback whales from the 20th century is kind of weird in itself, I do not think I ever understood fully why space whales in the future attacked Earth, but the execution is terrific. Everyone in the crew seems to have a great time when they made this. There is no real villain in this movie, but I guess it do not need one. My favorite part was when Dr. McCoy goes through a 20th century hospital and comments on the barbaric practices compared to the refined future medicine practices. It gets me laughing out loud by myself, which is commendable. Just all around super entertaining and a solid Star Trek story. It does not feel like a movie, but more of a bigger budgeted two part Star Trek episode." 4/5
