If I was going to collect console games from that era I would probably go for the console exclusive ones like R-Type III for example.
The problem is that the arcade versions of most of the games from that time were so significantly superior that it leaves the ports making you feel like you are missing out.
However right now, I'm pretty sure everywhere in the world it's a hobby not many can afford, and if you can, visiting these cities shouldn't be a problem, which is why they can get away with those prices.

I was in Seoul in 2002. I absolutely loved that city. South Korea is an amazing place with amazing people. I'd love to go back and experience it again one day. These videos have given me another thing to do whenever I do go there. I remember you could haggle with vendors out in the streets there, and that made it even more fun to search for treasures. I wonder if you can still do so today, because I found it odd as an American, but then I grew to love it.
