A few games on that list I would also regret selling such as Star Fox Adventures, Star Fox Assault, Panzar Dragoon Zwei, Nights Into Dreams and Darius Gaiden.
But as i mentioned in the previous thread there's many games I regret selling but I had no choice and it had to be done.
Here's a list:
Pokemon Gale of Darkness DX Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door Fire Emblem Path of Radiance F zero GX Mario Kart Double Dash Pikmin Resident Evil Remake
Metroid Prime 3 zelda Skyward Sword Mario Kart Wii New super Mario Brothers Donkey Kong Country returns Maramusa tatsunoko Vs Capcom Tenchu Shadow Assault
Project Sylpheed Tenchu Z Ridge Racer 6 Fear 2 Blur Street Fighter X Tekken
These are all The games I regret selling not including my Dremcast games because I re-purchased almost all of those back.

I have never really sold any gaming related stuff, everything we had as children my brother still has it in his place.
Except for when Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 came out, the price tag was around $150, and as a kid without a source of income I had to sell multiple games just to get it.
In fact, because I was a little kid I couldn't do it myself, so I had to ask my neighbor to do it for me, he was also a kid, but he had more chances of going than I did.
I believe the games I gave up were Double Dragon V, Batman Forever, Mario Is Missing, RoboCop 3, and I think I still was short at first. It could have been others, but I think it was those.
However even though those were probably not my best games, they were still nostalgic, not just for me, but for my younger brother as well, so he end up getting them all again years later.

Not really, but I could possibly sell my Wii and Wii U collection since I'm not a big fan of discs, I do prefer cartridges, but only if I could sell the whole thing together, and for a good price, so in other words I don't think I would ever sell it because it is quite good, and I don't think many people would buy it all at once.

I sold so much of my collection last year at the start of the pandemic in order to afford my bills for college. Things that I'd had for years and thought I would have forever. I made a ton of money - and would've made even more since prices spiked in the following months, but it was enough to cover the cost of my tuition. I didn't get stimulus checks, so I had to fund my bills through things like my beloved original Gameboy in the box.
This experience was desperate and a little humiliating, but it really shifted how I viewed my collection. It's more fluid now. Some things come and some things go. I have only a handful of Gameboy Color and Advance games, and really don't mind that. It also shifted what I collect - I got into SNES collecting when I realized that the games weren't as expensive as I thought. There's a ton of fun games that are pricier than what I would normally spend, but are still worth it. Being an OG Gameboy fan, I'm used to never spending more than 10 dollars on a game. Now if I'm feeling bold I'll spend 20, maybe even thirty if its something that I really want and that I know won't decrease in value.
It was a thing of beauty, that boxed original Gameboy. And now it and the other boxed items I sold it with are twice as valuable.
At least I now have my degree to be a history teacher, but there is no "real" job in sight. Job openings don't start usually until next spring, so for a few months all I can do is substitute teach and hope that something comes up. Vigilence is all I can do. I want a real job and I want that sense of security and purpose and I want my Gameboy, man.

You're going to become a school teacher? Please promise me that you won't enable the jocks. How do feel about that I'm teaching right now? The school system is even more fucked, then. And here I had such high regards for Norway. But then, you're just a substitute teacher, anyway, so nobody gives a shit about you. You'll probably never promote in rank, and even if you do, you'll fuck up and get fired, I know it. Let me explain. I had a chemistry teacher in high school who was kinda like you. He was an arrogant, ignorant-as-hell global conservative pig and always let his political bias get in the way of his teaching. Oh, and he was a christian, too. Once when I asked him if the automobile industry has an impact on global warming, he denied it. HE FUCKING DENIED IT! A couple years later I discovered that he had lied to our class. I guess he never bothered to watch these films which were already years old by that point: He was the worst chemistry teacher I ever had, and a true dung-brain. But you're worse than him. Being a substitute teacher means that you have even less credibility and qualification than this this ignorant asshole I mentioned. But don't worry, Balder, kids are smart. If you try to cover up the effects of man-made climate change like you often do here, there's gonna be at least one or two kids in your class who will know you're wrong, just like I knew when that dipshit chemistry teacher defended the auto industry when I questioned it.

Spirit Bomb, don't worry dude, I'm no longer a substitute teacher. Remember that I finished my degree? Well, got a job as well. There were some wrong assumption you have about me regarding climate change, but I won't even bother pointing specifics because you have already made up your mind. Ironic how you hate some people for not willing to listen to reason when given evidence, yet you have never once donw the same. Just to think that 120 students are dependent on me Maestro, just think about it. Ain't it crazy? Maybe I should post in the celebration thread for good measure?
