I live one hour of traffic away from Hollywood, and my early childhood was in England, so I didn't mention London or Los Angeles, but some people seems to like those places too. I personally think they are overrated, maybe London no so much, they do have some very cool stuff there, but L.A. definitely is.
By the way, I know New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Boston, San Jose, Sacramento, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Seattle, and Philadelphia, which are often mentioned, and they are all overrated too, even Washington D.C. is better than those.
The best cities we have in U.S. are probably Phoenix, Tampa, Orlando, Tucson, Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso, but people don't really talk about them, which is probably a good thing.
The Caribbean is obviously awesome too, but it is most enjoyable if you are traveling with someone you like already. Not so much for finding new people there, and the same thing goes with Hawaii.

I think I´ve got to disagree somewhat with your experience list. I´d say the Baltics, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria are all kind of the same. They all bank on the fact that they are relatively cheap and nice places to have a relaxed vacation at, however, once you´ve seen one of them, they all tend to blend together. You could also add Czech Republic and Poland to this group as well. Why wouldn´t Japan be on the list?

I believe you are correct, that's my impression from meeting many people from those places along the years, but I have never been there, I just like that kind of people, so for me the more the merrier.
I do have Prague and Budapest listed in the cities to have fun at because they are quite popular, and those are Czech Republic and Hungary respectively.
I should definitely add Tokyo now that you mention it, also Akihabara for the arcades, and Kyoto for the temples, but if I add those, then I probably would have to add Seoul in South Korea as well, however South Korea doesn't call my attention as much.
I did mention Kabukicho because my buddy recommended it to me, so if you go to Kabukicho, I imagine you'll likely go to Tokyo too, and may as well visit Akihabara and Kyoto on the way.

I've already decided that I'm never buying another plane ticket again because I don't want to be a super-emitter like Stratogustav is.

AWWW! I just learned this place burned down.
---------------------------------
One of the coolest roadside wonders of the United States is no more. Built nail by reclaimed nail over several decades by Minister Horace Burgess in Crossville, Tennesseee, “The Minister’s Treehouse” caught fire this week and burned to the ground within just 15 minutes. Anyone who was ever able to tour this 80-room wonder before its demise (like this writer) probably won’t be surprised by this news, since the whole thing felt like a tinder box all along.
Burgess broke ground on the treehouse in 1993, after he says God came to him and said “If you build me a treehouse, I will get you all the supplies.” As the supplies kept coming, often dropped off by community members, Burgess kept building. He had no prior building experience and never did plan anything out, just adding elements as inspiration and materials came.
Over the years, the treehouse hosted church services and was sometimes reportedly care-taken by homeless people who lived on the property. For decades, it was a word-of-mouth tourist attraction, drawing in 400-500 visitors a week, who would climb as high as they dared. The inside was full of pews, stained glass, rope swings art installations and a basketball court.
In 2012, the treehouse was closed to the public after the fire department deemed it unsafe. It’s easy to understand why, especially given its ultimate fate, but it feels like a loss nonetheless.

And hell, why not risk the Atlantic crossing? What's the worst that could happen? Aside from the hybrid megalodon-krakens that used to terrorize the ancient continent of Atlantis, once more returned to our oceans due to the change in pressure brought on by the new rotation of the earth's core. But I digress.

That oversized piece-of-shit doesn't even look like a tree house. It practically touches the ground for christ's sake. very lame. I've heard that western Australia has some of the most impressive tree forts on Earth, built at the very top of 80-meter tall eucalyptus trees. Why not go see those instead?

Spirit Bomb The point is this was one man's passion project, and it's sad to not see it live up to its full potential.

Spirit Bomb The point is this was one man's passion project, and it's sad to not see it live up to its full potential. I get that. It is/was an intriguing looking building for sure, and I would have loved to explore it, since I love weird-looking houses. I just don't think it was a real tree fort. Plus, that guy basically killed half a dozen trees by piling plywood all over them. Not cool.
