I was saving this discussion for a rainy day, and since Cobretti recently rained on my eco-parade with his thread about that oversized, all-american SUV, I figured today is the right time to talk about what is perhaps the most underrated microcar in the history of automobiles:

It is a eastern european microcar import that was seen being offered (presumably) by Vaclav himself at Crazy Vaclav's Place of Automobiles in the Simpsons episode Mr. Plow.
