I need to buy Nex Machina. It's another game by the creator of Defender and Robotron 2084, plus the people of Housemarque that made Super Stardust and Resogun. It also seems to be another perfect twin stick shooter that goes alone well with DS4 controllers. You can't go wrong with that kind of package. Been playing that since it came out. Fantastic game that will test your skill by the final boss.

@lukefinfabre388 The Xbox360 analog stick isn't so bad, but the PS2's is crap. Lol bullshit. The ps2's one is awesome the 360 controller just sucks balls in every aspect. I would destroy any console gamer if he attempted to challenge me with a controller and I was using a mouse and keyboard instead in a fps game. Mouse and keyboard feels just as good as any controller if not better once you get used to it. The XBOX controller (line) excelled for FPS, but could be abysmally atrocious for other genres - as in the case for fighting games and 2D platformers with its poor excuse for a D-Pad. The PS2's (and pre-Dualshock 4s in general) on the other hand was good for pretty much anything. Nowhere as adept for FPS definitely, but much more balanced all around for every genre out there. In my personal experience however, the worst thing about the original XBOX sticks was the poor durability of the rubber - how they tended to crack apart and come off after a period of time, leaving this naked head skeleton of a stick which was a more than a bit of a pain to use...
Just a thought through. Not intruding on the ever-fun M&KB vs controller debate. As diplomatically neutral as always.

You probably would but if you played me in a PC fps them we would be on equal footing then since we both would be using mouse and keyboard, now only determined by skills and who sees the other first.

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valencia (3DS) Mass Effect Andromeda (PS4) The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Switch) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Switch) Let me know what you think of Andromeda. I liked it, not without some issues (the combat system makes you a potential unstoppable machine and makes your squadies kinda useless). It has potential for more, but we shall see what Bioware does. So I'm about 60% of the way through I think, and I am liking it quite a bit now, but it took some time to get there. If you're doing the side missions, this definitely feels like the longest of the Mass Effect games. For character and story arcs, the comparison I might give is like if Mass Effect 1 and 2 were all one continuous game. I was slow to warm up to a lot of the crew, but now I'm quite fond of all of them. I'm definitely enjoying it, but it wouldn't surprise me if others would abandon the game before getting to the good stuff. Combat is fun enough, and feels about on par with the other Mass Effect games. Nice that the boosters sort of add another dimension to combat. I'm not too crazy about the research/development side of things, as it reminds me of Mass Effect 1's tedious inventory system. Giving you more power in combat feels like it could be to balance the relative lack of control you have over your squad. I'm a bit undecided there. The Nomad feels like the Mako, but worse. No guns, baseline boost isn't as good, etc. The planetside missions themselves are pretty fun though, and I like getting to know the party members as they converse while we drive.

Really busy IRL too; in the few moments of free time, I'm playing through The Witcher 2. It's pretty fun and a huge improvement over the first one, though its combat is balls.

I've been playing Arkham City. I still love the challenge maps. Cracked the top 900 on the global high score board. Where you at, fsfsxii?

Sorry for the poor image quality. I guess my tablet is pretty beat up from all the Candy Crush. Almost in the six hundreds! You're not really going to let an old man like me embarrass you this way, are you? I thought young people were supposed to have faster reflexes and such.
