My son beat Hyrule Warriors: The Age of Calamity, and I was more confused about that. Are they rewriting the history of Breath of the Wild? If so, then I hate what they have done.

I thought that stuff happened before Breath Of The Wild, but I haven't really checked. It could be after too. I really haven't paid much attention to my son's overall gameplay. However, I watched him beat the game on Sunday. There was a time traveling robot which changed the end. I don't know how it's going to fit in the overall timeline, so it annoyed me greatly. I don't want to say much, since some people may not want to know what happened. I'm not a big fan of using time travel to change a storyline, because that is classic lazy story writing. I think that is why I hate The Avengers movies. Anyway, I'm hoping this isn't considered to be cannon. |

Yeah, Nintendo uses time travelling all the time, not just with Zelda, but with Mario too, that's why Bowser Jr. is also Bowser, they can just be there at the same time with baby Mario because Bowser can time warp.
However the warriors games are Tecmo, so technically Omega Force stuff isn't cannon, but with the first Hyrule Warriors they solved a lot of problems Nintendo has with the three Zelda timelines, so people consider that one cannon because it's the one way it makes the three timelines make sense.
