Harry potter and the chamber of secrets (underrated!)
Dragon warrior 1 through 3

Pokemon crystal
Yu-gi-oh dark duel stories
Sakura wars (import)
Sakura wars 2 thunderbolt (import)
Pokemon pinball?
Ferret monogatari?
Wendy every witch way
Any others?

I didn't play the Gameboy Color very much, but:
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX
Wario Land 2 (had original GB and GBC versions)
Wario Land 3
Shantae (very expensive physical cart though, so I'd recommend the 3DS eshop version)

Ever heard of ferret monogotari? Apparently its a japanese game where you take care of a ferret and its for the gbc. CGR Undertow did a review of it and thats how I found out about it.
I finally found a place that sells it online after looking for a while for it online. I probably never would have heard of it if it wasn't for the review. Now I want it.

Donkey Kong Country Turok 3 Turok Rage Wars I'm not sure about DK Country. I have it and I think it's great but I remember someone saying on the old spacevault page that (despite the graphical upgrade) it was inferior to DK land. IDK though cause it's the only version of DK country I've played. |

Metal Gear Solid on GBC is really great. It is, this was the first game I thought of. Also: Bionic Commando: Elite Forces Blaster Master: Enemy Below Mega Man Xtreme 1-2 The games that Khador mentioned. |

Donkey Kong Country Turok 3 Turok Rage Wars I'm not sure about DK Country. IDK though cause it's the only version of DK country I've played. I don't see how. DKLand was a black and white game with all new levels, while the DKC retool for the Gameboy came out later. Opinions, opinions. |

You can't go wrong with Super Mario Land. It was tied with Pokemon Silver as my favorite GB game growing up, and I think that it has aged a lot better than Pokemon Silver, the latter which feels way too slow by today's standards.
Aside from those, the Game Boy Mega Man games were all really good, or so I hear. I've only ever actually played the 2nd one on Game Boy, but I totally loved it.
