All these articles are just feeding your mania. Disconnect!
And in the developed countries, the birth rates low.
South Koreans, in particular, are projected to be EXTINCT by 2050 with the current rate. The ones I know like it better here in Australia. Less pressure to succeed, not as much pollution (much of the smog from China). In Japan, it might be a problem. People refuse to move from the cities to the countryside, which is crying out for new people. Their work culture is similar to Korea's and they won't take migrant workers.
Australia, on the other hand, doesn't care. They can always import more people, especially the more exploitable peoples.
The point is, the Earth is not going to get cyberformed like Cybertron!
YES. IT. WILL. YES IT WILL!!!! My hypothesis is correct. And I have offered PROOF!
For example, Indonesia is going to pave over the Borneo rainforest and build its new capital there instead of flatlining or reducing its overpopulation. Proof:
Smog in China won't even be a problem in the near future because of the rapidly growing ownership of micro EVs there, including domestic EVs by Chinese automobile companies, like China's own Wuling Mini EV:
Chinese smog will be a thing of the past thanks in part to this little baby.
But even with a plastic cataclysm sterilizing the global population, I do still believe that it's not only possible for the world to reach 12 billion people, but also a goal for many earthlings (i.e. Stratogustav and Balder), based on the examples I provided like Indonesia and those aforementioned pub going jarheads.
