That's the animated series I believe, I think the 2009 movie is called Rise of The Cobra.

Then it must be another composite movie. According to Wikipedia, the episodes had a run time of five minutes. And on the DVD I bought years ago, it was one feature length film.

I see, then it makes sense.
It's like the Jesus of Nazareth movie that has Star Wars vibes from 1977. It was supposed to be a TV show by the genius Franco Zeffirelli, but once it came on home versions, and you put it together, it feels like a film more than a TV show, specially because of how artistic it is.
