Hahaha, I already knew part of it, but the story is truly completely bonkers. How the hell does someone fake something like that?
By the way, everyone talks about the "Basement" song from RE: Director's Cut, which sounds like sad clowns farting, but the composition itself is actually good - the problem is that the sound engineer used the wrong sound font, and I guess the supposedly deaf composer couldn't break character to tell that they were using the wrong instrumentation. Here's a comparison between the original song and what would be the correct version, which would have sounded very atmospheric:
