I would say walking every day about 45 minutes, sleeping well, plus eating your omega 3, broccoli and mushrooms should keep you young enough. If you add meditation and yoga then you can be a father again in your 80s.

I felt that problem at the 7:01 mark. If I play something single-player for more than 1 hour per day, I get the feeling I'm wasting my life and it saps my enjoyment. But if I'm playing with someone, it at least feels like social time.

I felt that problem at the 7:01 mark. If I play something single-player for more than 1 hour per day, I get the feeling I'm wasting my life and it saps my enjoyment. But if I'm playing with someone, it at least feels like social time. I feel the same, unless the game is really intriguing. I love to play the Atari 50th Anniversary for a good 30 minutes or so, and then I'm good. If I come across a spectacular RPG, then I'll break that 1 hour mark in the middle of the night. |
