This one is really damn great. Sho Kosugi is some kind of ninja 007 (the opening of the movie is very 007, by the way) and has the help of other two special agents: some dude and a hot bimbo. Kosugi's son also shows briefly his kid ninja skills. Again, the setting is a modern tropical place, as seen in Enter the Ninja: a bus full of tourists is kidnapped and ninja ensues. One of the villains is a woman who likes to scream every single word. 5/5
There's no ninja moustache in sight, though.

Looks like this movie was so worthless that even Youtube didn't want it on their site. Can't blame 'em. I mean, it's just another ninja flick. Who cares.
Hey Centipede, when are we gonna talk about my Earth Day pick that I suggested months ago? It's available for free (with ads) on Youtube right now, so it's kinda baffling that we can't discuss it but for some reason we are discussing generic, obscure 80s ninja movies that no one even has access to. I doubt there's even anything really special about this movie anyway, unless it has ambitious levels of gore like other 80s thrillers such as Hellraiser, Robocop, Day of the Dead, etc. That's really all the 80s was known for, gore and special effects. I doubt this no-name ninja film can top any of those movies in that regard.
EDIT: lol, it only has a 3.9/10 IMDB score (less than 1,600 votes BTW) and doesn't even have its own wikipedia page. I was right. This movie is just forgotten garbage. It has to be.

Go for it! I'm sure you'll love it.

Nine Deaths of the Ninja has ninjas, which makes it infinitely better than whatever lame ass greenpeace movie you watch. I bet it doesn’t even have tits in it. Waste of time.
