Since I never cease to be disappointed with every single change made to Smash circa Brawl, I decided I should take matters into my own hands to decide on how the roaster of a perfect (by my definition) modern Smash game would be, i.e. if Nintendo did away with all of the guest fighters and featured only first party fighters in the roaster; in other words, a modern take on how Smash originally was.
This was tricky, since the roaster would have to match or exceed Smash Ultimate's in size (which as it turns out it did), but I think I finally did it. Here is my full roster of 110 playable fighters:

SO, 42 newcomers plus 68 returning first party veterans adds up to a total roaster of110 116 (I think?) Nintendo fighters! How's THAT for a SSB roaster?
What do you guys think of my dream Smash roaster? I'm sure there're some other first party Nintendo characters that I have forgot to include, so I will have to edit them in if and when I remember them. And if you guys can think of any first party nintendo characters that I failed to include in my roaster and that weren't featured in Ultimate, please let me know!
