I guess I'll just have to stop posting here entirely. Recently I've been really passionate about discussing social movements and politics as well as critiquing various corners of first world society like white culture, black americans/african americans, war, toxic masculinity, the pentagon, corporations, conservative politics, etc.
But now it seems like the board is fed up with talking about this stuff (or even merely letting me post about this stuff; many of my threads don't even get replies, which doesn't even bother me BTW), which means that I literally have no incentive to be on this board anymore. This is a real shame since I loved dumping my rants here and posting social criticism about games and movies. But you guys hate all of that stuff, to the point where I am getting warnings from the moderator himself.
I have said it before and I will say it again: this forum is too conservative. Oversized, machismo conservatives like Cobretti, Scipio and Stratogustav love raving about radically far-right shit like womanizing, warfare, bodybuilding, school sports, muscle cars, full-sized trucks (like the El Comino) and guns, but I don't call for them to be banned, now do I? This strikes me as hypocritical, which leads me to believe that this forum has a profound bias in favor of conservative politics.
Even my fellow democrats like Cervantes more of less just love hanging with the big, bad americans posters like Cobretti and living like it's the 80s. I've tried to talk to him about social movements like #EndToxicMasculinity and population control, but he hates it too. I don't f*cking understand it. I'm a mixed-race american like him. I'm a democrat like him. But he looks at me like I have maggots crawling out of my ears. Seriously, WTF.
I don't care if I am not liked on this forum. That doesn't bother me, I can live with that. It's not a deal-breaker. But now that I am getting ban warnings, I literally have no choice but to leave, which is a darn shame, because up until now everything had been so fun. I go out of my way to avoid talking to clueless fuckers that I despise like Balder just to avoid starting arguments and flame wars, but it seems like that isn't enough, either. Either I have to be his friend by catering to him and these other shmucks or I have to GTFO entirely. It's not fair to me, but I guess I have no choice: I will have to just stop posting here or risk getting perma-banned. I sure as hell am not going to be anyone's friend, that's not how I roll. So I guess I will just have to hit the road, then. Shame.
