Of the games that you've played, which of them had the stupidest physics engine? In particular, which had the worst ragdoll physics? My choice is without a doubt TES: Oblivion. My god, the ragdoll physics in Oblivion were so horribly done, and not in a "so bad it's good" kind of way. I mean, the majority of the various creatures gently float to the ground like a feather when they are killed. And one in particular, the mountain lion, is literally fucking broken and will remain suspended in mid air if it is killed (or knocked out). Proof: You see?? Crazy! Thank god for mods. I suppose Jurassic Park: Trespasser is also worth mentioning, as the physics system in that game is said to have been "highly unique" for its time, and even today. But I haven't played that one. Alright, now please share your choices. Don't forget to add videos if you like, as I would love to see some terrible physics in action.

Shit's so broken a dude built his entire youtube career by just posting replays of him playing the game. And no, Big Rigs doesn't count, that shit ain't fun to play nor fun to look at.

GuilionWas just gonna post that. Now to be fair, the guy is a wizard for breaking the game up to that point. I platinum'd the game and in over 70 hours of gameplay i have not encountered anything like that.

Hahahaha. Wait, so this beats Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5? People had been bashing that game since it came out. Nah, some pleople actually like Skate 3; It actually has some interesting ideas built into it like being able to place props anywhere to create new ramps, rails and whatever you wish to build a skate park out of thin air. Guilion Was just gonna post that. Now to be fair, the guy is a wizard for breaking the game up to that point. I platinum'd the game and in over 70 hours of gameplay i have not encountered anything like that. He actually made a livestream explaining all the different techniques that he uses once, depending on what you're trying to do breaking it can be piss easy. For instance I remember him showing off how to climb buildings and I think you just had to throw your skateboard, jump and then try to retieve it. Also, he showcased props and how they are actually glitched as all hells. But yeah... he does seem to have a natural talent for breaking games... |

*Insert some modern Sonic games here* Even then, that wouldn't explain how badly the game punishes you from going too fast. I only played Generations and couldn't make it more than 3 hours without getting frustrated. Come to think of it, thats my main gripe with any sonic game! |
