Have anyone heard of Data Discs? They've been steadily releasing vinyls of classic Sega games: data-discs.com/collections/all#I'm looking to buy their Panzer Dragoon vinyl, to be released this weekend. Keep in mind I don't even have how to play it right now! They're just good looking enough to qualify as collectors items, and are certainly nice additions to Sega fans.

I know them and I am mildly obsessed with them. But I remember vinyl; I don't like vinyl. Give me a CD or digital, which defeats the purpose of them, but I dont care!

Yeah, I also have no particular passion for how vinyl sounds, but these discs just looks beautiful, especially their limited editions coloring. Also, it's nice to know that they're officially licensed products, not just "cool fan-made stuff".
The lithographic prints in the Golden Axe release in particular are awesome, and that's probably the next one I'll get. I wish they showed what prints will come with the Panzer Dragoon one, it would be great if they included the Moebius cover art from the JP release of the game. From the image on their site, it looks to be only one print based on the CG image of Keil and the dragon.

So I bought Panzer Dragoon! Sadly, it seems the limited editions went out really fast, so I could only get the "Sky Blue" one (I don't think I quite liked the coloring of the limited edition anyway, so no great loss there). I'm hoping they will do the sequels later, as they have already shown their interest in sequels with the Shinobi and Streets of Rage releases. PD Saga's soundtrack is one of the best ever made and deserves this treatment.

Acetates in general look great even for wall decoration, specially because of their size, and of course the artwork.

I forgot this thread existed! A Panzer Dragoon Saga disc was released too, but through other company. I bought it, it looks beautiful and comes with a booklet with concept art and an interview with Saori Kobaiyashi, the composer. Great stuff.
