There are some programs that only work on XP so I want to set up an emulator for them to work on Windows 10.

DosBox can emulate older versions of windows (ex: 3.11, 95, 98) and there's a thing called Virtual Machine that emulates newer Windows like XP for at Windows 7 Professional (not available in Home Edition sadly) and I think 8 has the same thing, but I don't know about windows 10.

Yeah Oracle Virtual Box is pretty good. Nothin to it.
Except waiting 4 hours for XP to fully install.

DOSBox, eh? Too bad I don't have any of my old DOS games, like Radix: Beyond the Void.
I just finished installing VirtualBox. I'm about to give it a try...

If you mean XP wants to register just disable the network adapter in settings>network.

Okay, but won't XP refuse to work after 30 days or something? It's a copy that I've currently got installed on another machine.
