I have Soldier's Soul, Brave Soldiers, and Sanctuary Battle. I keep hearing this supposedly musuo game, but none of those are musuo, they all play like regular arena fighters. A musuo Saint Seiya game would be nice to have. Is there a chance you forgot how Sanctuary Battle plays? It is the definition of musou, and it doesn't contain any regular fighting in it.

For Metal Gear Rising: make the dodging move standard instead of having to buy it. Also, include it in the tutorial. I've seen many people on Steam forums who played the game without even knowing there was a dodging move, which sucks because it's not just an extra move - it's completely necessary from the third level onwards, as by then there are some enemies that you can't parry.

I'd like it if they removed the flying bosses in Bayonetta 2, but thats a major overhaul lol remove Angel Attack's frequent occurrence after every chapter.

That's no small change! . Well, in that case someone mentioned to stop using L3 and R3 as buttons. I really like that idea. They are specially worse for sprinting in shooters. Is there a chance you forgot how Sanctuary Battle plays? It is the definition of musou, and it doesn't contain any regular fighting in it. It is the only one I have in physical form that I haven't removed the plastic wrap from. But I swear I thought they were all arena fighters. If that one is a kind of Dynasty Warriors I will be very excited when I get back from my vacation and play it. I only brought my PS4 with me.

R3 and L3 are great for stuff like that though, I prefer having sprinting, crouching, sniper zoom, map toggle, horn, flashlight toggle, expanded HUD display toggle, camera center etc. functions on L3 and R3.

Yeah, if those are options that have become standard over time it means that people haven't complained, and people that play a lot of shooters like it.
I personally don't play many shooters. Outside of Bethesda shooters all I've really come to like is Earth Defense Force. Maybe that's why I absolutely hate those buttons. In my opinion L3 and R3 should not even exist.

It isn't a very good game, but it is also unfortunately way more interesting than the anime/Naruto-styled fighters because it's a broader genre and there is visibly more love in there. Since you're joining late, some DLC characters may not be available anymore - I think Jabu of Unicorn was the best DLC one - but the regular characters are enough even if you don't have extras. It's still kinda broken, though... My 2 favorite saints are playable in it, and I can see from very far they're among the 3 most broken characters in there. One of them is too strong for both the mobs and the bosses, while the other is moderate against mobs and dumb-strong against bosses. I guess I should've picked a more mainstream favorite...

Yeah, you got me want to try it now, but I won't be back until late May, maybe June. We have a lot of shootings in Central America. I'm playing Soldier's Soul right now. Went to the gym today, took a shower, ate a nice meal, and now it's all about Saint Seiya.

I can't stand most console shooters, with rare exceptions (like Vanquish): the usual combination of controller + 30 fps makes aiming a nightmare after you're used to K&M + 60fps.
