Hey  I'm 25 and live in the East Midlands in Britain. I don't really have a favourite modern game, the Wii is the most modern console (I have a 2ds, do handhelds count?) and even then that is soft modded to run emulators. Favourite retro game would be Pokemon Yellow or Gold, they were the first games I properly sunk my teeth into. Favourite modern system? My 2DS, I love it, it comes everywhere with me and even is wood grained. Favourite retro system is a toss up between the Megadrive and the 2600, the Megadrive was my first console, it was a hand me down from my sister, and the 2600 just charms the pants off me. I came to the forum because I think watching CGR on YouTube was what got me into gaming again about a year ago or so. |

Figured I might as well introduce my self as I don't think I did on the old forums.
I'm a mechatronics engineering student from Australia.
My favorite retro console is probably the SNES but my favorite retro game is Ninja Gaiden (NES).
My favorite modern system is the PS2 with DMC3 being my favorite game.
I used to love the playstation controllers but then I used some xbox controllers for a while and now they both feel weird.

This is more of a re-introduction from the old CGR forums...
I am from Upstate NY. 35. I work in education. I guess my favorite game from the modern era would be Resident Evil 4. My favorite classic game is Bionic Commando for Gameboy. I don't really have a favorite modern system, but my favorite classic system is the NES. I came here because Majora T invited me. I was away for a few months before the original forums went down, but, after they did, I had no idea where everyone went.
Fun Fact (for me, anyway)... as a viewer, I ghost wrote what would ultimately become the official episode guide for X-Play after G4 bought out and killed TechTV.
