I just hit up an indoor flea market, and I couldn't believe someone was selling Super Nintendo games! I haven't seen that in years. Anyway, I picked up Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball and Street Fighter II Turbo for the Super Nintendo. I could have gone broke due to the wave of nostalgia that overcame me (and my son egging me on...), so I restricted myself to just the two. My collection from my high school days is all but lost, but I think I'll slowly pick the games up one by one as I find them.

I wish I could rebuild my PS2 collection, but it would be a fortune at this point.

Capcom has a major digital sale right now, so I bought the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary collection for $14.79! What a steal.

Doom 1 and 2 are both $1.49 each, so I picked those up in a heart beat. For those of you on the fence about Ys 8, it is on sale for $29.99 as well on the eShop. That game is never that cheap.

Sega has a big sale going on right now on the eShop, so I downloaded Virtua Racer. I always loved the arcade game, so I remember it fondly. However, I can't believe how I forgot it was THIS good. I'm happy to have a game like this where I can play in small increments and have a blast.

Those would all be good to have on Switch. (as would other Sega Ages titles but I'm looking to spend much right now) And as for games I've bought since I lasted posted in here I can think of: Switch physical - The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors Rune Factory 4 Special Switch digital - Bad Dudes Blazing Chrome Breakthru Doom 64 Hyper Light Drifter Special Edition Night Slashers The friends of Ringo Ishikawa The Legend of Dark Witch Two Crude Dudes Vasara Collection 3DS digital - The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons Wii - Fortune Street

Doom 64 Wii - Fortune Street Doom 64! How are the improvements?
Fortune Street is one of my favorite games on the Wii! It is everything Mario Party should have been and then some. We played this game a lot in this house.

I have Fortune Street. I think I'm going to give it a try. I haven't played it, and I bought it long time ago.

I haven't played it yet, grabbed it right away when I saw it was 5 bucks though. I was expecting it to be like 15 since it has been rereleased many times like Doom 1-2. I'll be a while before I get to do multiplayer but grabbed Fortune Street about a week before all non essential businesses shut down. I had been interested in the game before but completely forgot about it.

Wouldn't you know it, but Sega messed up a perfect port with the Sega Ages release of Virtua Racing. I absolutely LOVE the game. However, I tried to play the multiplayer version of the game with a few people (the game allows for up to 8 cars!). I plugged in the wired controller, got out the Pro Controller, and I disconnected the Joy Cons for an amazing Sega experience. The controllers stopped working, and only the Joy Cons were on. Apparently, the 1 player version of the game will let you use any controller you want, but the multi player only allows Joy Cons.
WHY AM I LIMITED LIKE THAT SEGA? WHY DID YOU DO THAT TO ME!?!? I LOVE THIS GAME! WHY DID YOU TAKE IT DOWN A NOTCH?
Ugh...

I have a bunch of SNK old school classic games pre-Neo-Geo era on my arcade machine that have a worse problem. They were all originally 2-players, but because these are ports, they will still say they are 2-players on screen, they will even ask you for the second player to enter a credit, but no, they are all single player, and single player only. Many of them don't even have the original control scheme, they have an updated modern scheme more compatible with modern controls, and I'm guessing because they changed that, they were simply too lazy to do it for the second player too. So now games that were prominent multiplayer games, that you expect to be able to play with someone else, are now limited to one player, and it really sucks because you feel like are basically getting half of the game.

Man, that sucks. I guess I was really mad when I posted this, because I don't want more Joy Cons. I have enough. I like them. However, I LOVE my Pro Controller. I don't know why it is limited.
