I actually got around to play this Imperial Khador. I never finished Just Cause though (because it fucking sucks). I've barely tried it though (got interrupted by something). Anyways I have a feel now and I haven't played many turn-based RPGs before. The only one I can think of is Legaia 2: Duel Saga. It's a big step up from Legaia 2 in the combat section. It still feels a little tedious, but I guess it'll become better over time. The universe is a little weird with blade towers and stuff. I'm looking forward to playing some more, and I'll update this thread as I go on. |

Hey, glad to hear it there Balder. I would have to say that for this one, I found the combat a bit tedious throughout as well, though not enough to prevent me from finishing it. Hopefully it won't impede you too much either  |

Man, this is a slow burn. Luckily I kind of knew what I was getting into. I've now been playing for 2 hours and experienced zero combat except for the tutorial/opening. This universe is weird as it's some kind of steampunk where you replace steam with magic, magicpunk I guess. The main character seem interesting though. Forced to live thousands of years, outliving all his loved ones. Hopefully I get to play more in the coming days.

Man, this is a slow burn. Luckily I kind of knew what I was getting into. I've now been playing for 2 hours and experienced zero combat except for the tutorial/opening. I really wanted to, but so much stuff came up and now I don't even have time to keep up with my regular media consumption after becoming a homeowner. Owning a home is super fun and rewarding, but it takes up pretty much all of my free time at the moment. |
