You all: don't forget to watch Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Batman Returns and Gremlins, the movies that bring the true Christmas spirit. I'll add a mention to Jingle All the Way so cobretti doesn't shoot me in the face. My Christmas favorites are Die Hard and Gremlins, along with The Strangerhood despite it not being Christmas related (I watch it every 23rd of December and I have only watched it on that date.). |

I'm not religious and I know hardly anything about Jesus Christ, but I still like Christmas. It's not a backwards-ass, ignorant holiday like Thanksgiving, and it has much more meaning than Easter, which is basically just celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It's a holiday about giving, morality and family. It's the kind of holiday that does no wrong, and I enjoy it for that.
Does that make sense?

I got a box this evening. It is a PS4 box which was crossed out by Mark. He wrote "not a" in front of it. Next to it, he wrote Vectrex and 32X. Perplexed, I noticed that it was sent to my 10 month old daughter. Apparently, scipioafricanus purchased the CGR 15th Anniversary Collection for my daughter's first Christmas. scipioafricanus, you are a gentleman and a scholar. You are a true CGR fan. I shall raise my daughter on the Atari 2600 Sesame Street games while watching CGR like my son before her. |
