Hey guys. I know I haven't made an Xbox thread in a long time, but I saw this video and knew I should share it with you guys:
And this video doesn't even scratch the surface of why this particular console is so amazing.
It is 2017 and my love for the original Xbox is still as strong as a neutron star (emitting X-rays of course).

The original Xbox had Steel Batallion, so it is not a bad console, it is just the competition was insanely good.

But not in terms of marketing imho. (a wonder why they lost Gen 6  )The Westerner's PS2 - or something to that effect. (lol) Like it was still stuck in the 90s or something... (except fot the "high speed ethernet" of course...)I got mine solely for the sake of Ninja Gaiden. If not for that one game I would have been turned off it by that adverstising rubbish... |

I hope those guys got paid a lot of money for that promo. At least it was very informative. On a side note, I really wish voice masking was still a feature with headset communication. |

I loved my original XBox, to me it was the continuation of my Dreamcast as it carried out a lot of the Dreamcast's innovative ideas. Unfortunately the XBox was also the first console to break on me and I've had terrible luck since (XBox 360 once and PS3 on 3 different occasions)
By far the best graphics of that era and some really underrated games IMO. I really loved their first party sports games like NFL Fever, NBA Inside Drive and of course the best tennis game ever, the original Topspin! I really enjoyed Brute Force too, I thought that was a really underrated game.
