Looks like something I'll watch once in theaters and that's it. Like Rogue One. Lucasfilm-minus-Lucas is handling Star Wars about as I expected it to. It's cool having a new movie every year, but they don't matter to me like the originals do. Maybe it's different for the younger generations.
The music sounds pretty terrible, though...

It's not Star Wars anymore, it's MCU 2.0. What's MCU? Marvel Comics Universe? These movies do seem to be getting that vibe. Marvel Cinematic Universe. It started with Iron Man. |

Milking the original trilogy till its utters bleed, typical Disney fashion.  Nothing new, so cartoonish. Why wasn't this just made into a CG animated series like Rebels? It would've saved a lot of money that would be better spent elsewhere. |

I love Rogue One. At least Rogue One feels like Star Wars. Honestly this trailer is giving me Star Trek vibes. I'm not feeling it at all. I'll watch it because it is Star Wars, so it is probably going to be on 3D and it will have John Williams music, and space ships. That's more than enough to me, but I'm really not liking the Star Trek vibes, it is the total opposite of what I expect from a Star Wars movie. I haven't been disappointed with any of the Disney movies so far, I hope this is not the first one.

Meh. The perfect Han Solo movie in my head would be something like The Good, The Bad and the Ugly in the Star Wars universe.
This one is going for a "racing crew" vibe (Need for Speed, Fast & Furious, Gone in 60 Seconds etc.), it does nothing for me.
I'll still stand by my opinion that Rogue One was awesome, though - I'll even say it was the best Star Wars movie since the original trilogy, rehashed plot aside.
