Industries you despise the most?

I suppose I should add the lawn mowing industry to my list as well.

I'm starting to dislike the fast food industry. I bought two burgers and a shake at Jack In The Box and it was 20 bucks. The burgers were tiny and the meat looked really cheap. It tasted OK though, which is surprising for Jack In The Box.

I know I should not be eating trashy food like that, plus it is sad that a cow had to die so they can make that, but sometimes we are like zombies and just want to try fast food. I think I do it twice a year at this point.

On top of that after living 7 years in California all the nasty liberals finally got me to care more about the environment, and somehow it bothers me to see how much trash fast food restaurants produce.

At least they don't waste as much food as regular restaurants that often have to send to the trash a lot of it after it goes bad when no one eats it. There is so much waste in the food industry in general.

At least I noticed they are using less plastic, and more biodegradable materials which is a good thing, so maybe it is not so bad, because I remember it used to be worse.

What got me thinking though is that capitalism is slowly improving the quality of life of the bottom. A lot of people at the bottom have access to things that were unheard of for those classes.

If this continue to happen, what we will consider poverty in the future will be a lot nicer than what we used to consider as poverty before, at least when it comes to super basic things.

Even though I do know we are very far from that kind of future, I can still picture a world where food is so incredibly abundant for everyone, to the point that all countries can have an obesity epidemic of their own.

It makes me wonder if we get to that point, what our feelings about wasting food would be. Maybe we would not even care, or maybe we would still have an instinct telling us we should not be wasteful, or maybe we can still use the environmental card to feel bad about it.

In a way one can argue that having bad feelings about being wasteful is closely linked to poverty, because when your thinking is made of abundance, these things such as feeling bad about wasting something don't even cross your mind because you already think the supply of things is just too big to drain.

Similar to what happens when you are a kid and you still don't know how slutty people are in general. That when you get a girlfriend as a kid, and then you lose her, you kind of feel like it is the end of the world because you think she is the only one. Then you grow up, and you realize how many more options you have, and all these feelings go away.

There is one industry that is clearly disturbing, and that is the liberal media. The reason is that it constantly brainwashes people into feeling like victims for not reason at all, they break their self esteem, and make their world feel like a living hell, some are driven to having suicidal thoughts.

They also like to divide people, create separation, put women against men, races against races, basically put everyone against each other. They try to provoque not just drama, but sometimes it seems they like to give ideas to crazy people in the nature of terrorism.

On top of that they like to lie massively to people in order to support conglomerates of corporations that patreon those channels during political elections. They are truly disgusting.

The worse is that they are changing the culture in horrible ways. You can't say anything without making people offended. Anything you say can deeply offend people even if it is something insignificant, and specially if it is an ugly truth they don't want to hear.

I try to keep my opinions online in this matter because I have seen people getting into fights for stupid things like that. I even heard of people getting shit over insignificant things of that nature. That alone is not a good sign. When people are actively trying to prevent drama by not expressing their opinions freely.

If it comes down to saying something I always say it regardless of the consequences, but just because I see myself avoiding getting into those soap opera discussions at the bar or at a public location, in the first place, that's not a good sign of the direction we are taking.
