Interstellar was good, I just wish it focused more on science fiction over manipulating the audience into bawling. It really could have been this generation's 2001 A Space Odyssey.
I saw a film called Near Dark recently and it was a damn good 80s vampire flick.

People love to talk about the quality of animation, so I'm suggesting a series of Studio Ghibli movies. I really don't like the idea of putting them all into one thread, because the movies can vary greatly, but they are all great in their own right. Anybody have thoughts, or should we suggest one at a time?

Okay, I was divided on what's our latest movie.
There could be another stop motion movie like Rudolph before, the new Mario movie, another Studio Gilby, a Jesus movie, but then I found a free one on YouTube where terrorists steal a time machine and go back in time to kill Jesus. Sounds like fun 😂. What do you guys prefer?
