Spirit Bomb Dude, you really go too far. But just to clarify, and to give you an idea, an example, this is the girl I brought home last week: Obviously I won't show you a clear image with her face, but just by looking at her tattoos, and her body, you should not she is not underage by any means. Besides, if you bring a girl home that is allowed to drink at a club or a bar that means she is not even under 21. See, I'm even giving you tips so you don't get in trouble. So stop trolling. I love it when you play Silence of the Lambs. Good times.

Climate change may ahve been a catalyst, but ultimately, it was the government's care about the shareholders, those with Adani, Gina Rhinehart and the Canadian pension fund who have their own private dam. Just to make a surplus, they cut the budget to firefight and prevention, like backburning, which the aborigines have been doing long as they have been here. Nearly, like they are essentially part of the ecosystem, like the local fauna. Whatever the case, these fires are the result of the fuck-up of the century!
A lot is arson which is mind boggling, but government policies made things worse. Just like in California, they stopped long standing logging and brush clearing policies cus "Mother Gaia."
But read this and if you don't fume...
The guy who cleared out trees and made a firebreak, and SAVED HIS HOME... got fined for it.

Balder It's not fair to say that you've taken more public transportation than me because, as I've already said countless times by now, in America public transportation is never available at a local level; even cities with populations of upwards of 30,000 people don't usually have their own bus routes, not even a single active one. And our long-distance public transport is also flawed; you can expect a busline in my state to make a trip from one city to another city 100 miles away no more than once every 24 hours, requiring you to either rent a motel or outright sleep on the streets overnight while you wait 24 hours for the ride home. But you know what? I'm glad your country forced you to take public transportation for the benefits it has for the climate. You should be ashamed of yourself for opposing these green politics that your beautiful progressive country of Norway has put in place to protect the environment. Shame on you, Balder. centipede Please remember that our conservative politics here in the USA are radically more regressive than they are even in Australia. Here in the US, our republican politicians DO oppose alternative energy and green forms of transportation; for example, the far-right state of Texas has banned the sale and import of electric cars. And one of our earliest planned mass-produced electric cars, the EV 1, was federally banned by the Bush Administration. The same administration also outlawed mass produced electric vehicles from being sold in America. And Trump dropping America out of the Paris Climate Accord Agreement is another good modern example of America's extreme opposition to green energy sources.

You talk about public transportation like it's Jesus fucking Christ, and attack others for either not using it or not getting an EV, while you fucking drive around in your gas powered vehicles and thinking you're a god damn saint. This is hypocrisy at the highest level. Every green politician is like this. They demand that other people cut down on their use, and meanwhile they use whatever means to go about their day because they have to. No, fuck you and fuck the green political party of Norway. The only thing they've managed to do is make life miserable for middle-class people.

I want to thank you Spirit Bomb because you have taught me to only think about myself. Thank you for being a shining example of not giving a fuck about anyone's life situations and only think about how their misery can be your benefit. So today I was just going to drive home without anything special, but with your help and some inspiration from Pimpjira (who was also inspired by you again), I drove to McDonald's. Here I enjoyed a classic American meal without giving any concern to how I should be better because the rest of the world should do better, not me though because I'm so blessed. Just like you, I'm extremely happy people are forced to live sub-optimally while I can live carefree. I like this McDonald's a lot, you know why? Because it's right next to a gas station. So I filled up my car with that sweet sweet petroleum goodness as well. Thanks dude for showing me the way that I should be glad that other people cannot live their lives how they want as long as I can be a well-meaning hypocrite.

8-Bit guy is in Texas and owns quite a few electric cars, including a Tesla.
Now Texas, along with a few other states, is goofy thanks to Gummint. You HAVE to buy a car from a dealership rather than from the manufacturer. Since Tesla didn't/doesn't (they might now, don't know) have dealerships in Texas, it got a bit more complicated than it should.

The weather has turned from dry to wet. We are now having a big wet. It was like this in the last decade. Sydney, last month was cloaked in smoke and tourists were having asthma attacks just walking off the planes. Now, there's flooding. On the bright side, the outback areas are finally getting some. As of this time last month, Stanthorpe, QLD, was officially out of water. Personally, I'm already sick of the rain. I kind of think that we're going to get more floods, after a big dry, jus like 10 years ago. FFS Australia! Now, 10 years ago, to help raise funds for flooding victims, a crew of comic artists released a special anthology. $10 each and 100% go to charity. Now, 10 years later, another anthology is being released. Behold... So, if anyone's interested, you can preorder it here. There's a digital option, but I don't know if they ship physical copies overseas. You know what? I wanted to contribute something to this. The cutoff date is this Friday, but to make something with matching quality, I should've started two weeks ago. So, why haven't I? Because this Australian here has been suffering a drought all of his own.

This doesn't change the fact that the ultra-conservative state of Texas is still making it more difficult to own an electric vehicle that almost every other US state at the moment, but nice attempt at trying to cover up Texas' political regressiveness with this pointless post. Also, you're blaming our current government, even though Trump personally selected the administrator of the EPA? The politicians you voted for are making this problem, just admit it.

Actually, that's not true. She's a global conservative who voted for Hillary. Not that that has anything to do with Texas, EV vehicles, or anything else I previously mentioned. But I've come to expect this from trying to have discussions with you.
