A weak immune system is never a good thing. Sadly, the immune system could be very strong, but it won't have the antibodies to Covid-19 unless your body makes them.

There are theories that if your body has a strong immune system, it can overreact, and that overreacting can cause your death.

A lot of pharmaceutical companies in U.S. oppose to vitamin C vaccines because of these reasons. They say it is better to treat illness with targeted medication, and treatments, than leave it to the body that can overreact.

That said, none if this is proven, and in my opinion you lose nothing for having a strong immune system. After all you don't want to get a cold and Covid-19 on top of it.

Besides obviously consuming citruses like oranges, mandarins, grapefruit, limes, and lemons, the consumption of mushrooms, garlic, and onions is highly beneficial for your overall health.

Eating leafy greens is essential, ironically they are the lungs of the plants, and greatly benefit your own lungs too, plus they are the richest antioxidants as well.
