And let's not forget the silver asten marten, the penultimate spy car, complete with built-in machine guns and retractable bullet proof shields! Why hasn't this car been featured in a GTA game yet? (as a cheat or something) Because 007 Racing already did it better. |

What's up with the lack of sticking the thread. Someone here is slacking. I need to use the computer to add and sticky stuff, and summer is the most busy time of the year for me. I've just haven't got time lately. I'll fix it soon, but there is another moderator here who can also fix it if he's got time. |

I recently got the Goldfinger book because of this thread. Wow - it's very different than the movie. I'm about a third of the way in and no painted woman, yet. That character is still here, but Bond basically saved her. It's fun to play spot the differences, but so far I think the movie is better.

Arnie has never done a bad acting job in any movie. He always adds to a movie, not take away. Agreed. Arnold not only brings giant muscles, but incredible natural charm to the movies he's in. Like this scene from Commando, my favorite movie of all time. He takes three words, a phrase we've all said to someone once in our lives, add the little eyebrow raise, voice inflections, and the right amount of sass, and creates a moment that has been burned in my brain for most of my life. Not many people can pull that off. |
