Bumping for Balder's review of Mappy. I've tried most of the games I bought, but the thing that really bothered me to end is that the PAL 60 games outputs weird colors on my screen. The colors are super faded and off. Blue appears almost white and red becomes a faded purple-ish. Tried Zippy the Porcupine and it was like this. I'm afraid to try Mappy since that was also PAL 60. All of my other PAL games plays totally fine. Should have got the NTSC versions... I should try them all though.

Atari Age released a bunch of games today. I won't spam the thread with videos, but here is a couple of my favorites:
Dare Devil - Atari 2600
The song is awesome, and there's a goal at the end. This looks like a lot of fun.
Dragon's Cache - Atari 7800
This is a puzzle game, and it looks really well done.
Tower of Rubble - Atari 2600
This game looks and sounds fantastic. You're an adventurer who took something from an Incan tower, and the tower comes to life to kill you. This looks really fun.
Deepest Catacomb - Atari 2600
This looks and plays like Zelda! The programmer did a great job with this one.
Ninja Guy in Low Res World - Atari 2600
This reminds me of Super Meat Boy, and it is really well done for a 2600 game.
Honestly, I'm amazed at what people can do for the Atari systems these days. There are more games available, but I really didn't want to spam the page with dozens of videos. Check out Atari Age if you're interested in any of them! I guess they make great stocking stuffers for this Christmas!

Last chance to get these. If you emulate, the guy who did all of the Pac-Man games (from 4K to the 7800 collection) has put up the games online for free.

This is coming out this month and it looks very cool:
Directly from Atari on all modern platforms, and on the Atari 2600.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see these two new releases for the Atari Jaguar.
Xenowings looks like a cool shooter; however, I'm really impressed with the looks of Jumping at Shadows. I never thought a game like that would end up on the Jaguar, and it actually looks good!

Yeah, it looks very Galaxian like, that's always a good formula.
