I've noticed that some of my favorite PC games, as well as games I've never played but would like to play, aren't available for download anywhere on the internet, which is strange considering some of them (Star Wars Battlefront 1 and Halo CE for example) were extremely popular mainstream titles that sold very well.
Then there are games that I've never played but am interested in, like Jurassic Park Trespasser and Black & White, which also aren't available for download. :/
Are there any PC titles you want to play that aren't available for download anywhere on the web?

Maybe not PC, but there are many games I would like the PSN to have. Mostly Japanese arcade games that were never localized for the West, mostly fighting games and shoot 'em ups, or that end up as Xbox exclusives like Samurai Shodown Sen and KOF Sky Stage.
I also would love GTI Club+ Côte d'Azur. It was on the PSN for a while, I managed to get the demo, but they took away the full game. It really sucks when they do that before you get the chance to get the game.

Not counting with piracy, I wish I could buy the PC version of Panzer Dragoon. No One Lives Forever is another game that is deep entangled in copyrights bullshit so its chances of a digital release are very slim.
I'll also agree on Trespasser. It's a bad game, but at least it's an ambitious one.

I'll also agree on Trespasser. It's a bad game, but at least it's an ambitious one. I honestly don't know why everyone thinks it's a bad game, but maybe that's because I haven't played it. I've read that the game has a number of bugs and annoying/broken mechanics, but I've watched let's plays of it and it looks fun. It's a shame the developers never took the time to optimize the game. |

I just realized that Age of Empires 1 & II, two more Microsoft published titles, aren't available digitally, and AoE II uses a DRM (Safedisc) that isn't compatible with Windows 10, meaning there is no way for me to play it. What is it with Microsoft refusing to release their older PC games digitally?? They're like modern Nintendo in that respect.
EDIT: Found out the other day that Age of Empires II is in fact available digitally through Steam. For some reason this wasn't mentioned on its page on the PC Gaming Wiki.
EDIT 2: Just learned that the remastered versions of AoE I & II are in fact available digitally. Only the original versions of the games aren't available.

I want to play american mcgees Alice but have never found a copy of it physically. Its a PC exclusive game and still can go for a bit of money. It's also available as a free DLC for Alice Madness Returns on Xbox 360, and maybe also PS3 and PC, I just have it on Xbox 360. UPDATE: Looked it up and it seems that yes, it's also available as free DLC for the PS3 version, just not for the PC version. Here in Europe it got a physical re-release in 2004 under the Sold Out Software label, it's a lot more common than the original 2000 release. I found a cheap copy myself earlier this summer. |

I just noticed that Devastation isn't available digitally AND isn't compatible with Windows 10 due to its DRM. Seems like kind of a lousy game going by its reception, but I am genuinely bothered by the fact that there's no way for me to play it.
I think we should start a boycott to get Microsoft to bring back Safedisc compatibility. WTF were they thinking when they got rid of that?? Almost every other physical PC game uses it!

Found out today that Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is no longer sold digitally (apparently it was in the past at some point). Shame. Seems like a fun game.

Noticed that Battlefield 1942 isn't available digitally, which is strange considering it received rave reviews and was the first in a series that went on to become one of the biggest multiplayer FPS series of all time.

Also just discovered that StarLancer, the last game directed by Chris Roberts before spiraling into development hell with the disastrous Star Citizen, isn't available digitally.
