Spirit Bomb - It's added. That's a good find, indeed. Brazil is one of the greatest producers/exporters of soy, so it's much easier to find soy milk than other kinds (coconut milk is also found everywhere), but I don't think the most common brands around here have added B12, at least not in enough quantities to keep one healthy.

Spirit Bomb The B12 is added in soy milk. Not naturally occurring. You know that for sure? Did I stutter? B12 is only found in animal products. Milk, eggs, meat, and fish are sources of B12. Soy isn't. Soy milk and other vegan-friendly foods are fortified with B12 to keep vegans from becoming deficient. Lacto-ovo vegetarians (like you, I think) don't have to worry about deficiencies as much as strict vegans, so long as they eat eggs and dairy regularly. If you don't believe me, do a Google search for yourself. But never question my knowledge of Vitamins again!  |
