Every now and then my computer will simply restart for no reason. I have no idea why. This has happened during gaming and when browsing the web. It happened again today, and I'm worried something might be wrong with my PC, but I don't know why or how to fix it.
EDIT: Just tried playing a game and it crashed for no reason. This is another symptom that has been occurring only recently. Really worrying.
Can anyone offer me some clues on what's going on?

I've decided that I'm going to find someone IRL to help me with this, since there's no way I can accurately describe all my computer's current symptoms in text. But if any of you have experienced a similar phenomenon and have a cure, then by all means fill me in on it.
