We all know first party games will be outstanding. That's a given, it's Nintendo.
Breath Of The Wild and Super Mario Odyssey will not disappoint. I like the whole Fire Emblem Warriors thing too, anything Omega Force I'm down.
So far I'm excited for Super Bomberman R, Fast RMX, Blaster Master Zero, Puyo Puyo Tetris, Ultra Street Fighter II, and Sonic Mania.
If Bethesda is porting Skyrim, I'm sure Doom and Wolfenstein are on the way. At this rate maybe even Rockstar will have something on the console.
I don't care about the ports because most likely I already have those. For example if they decided to port Mario Kart 8 it would sell a lot for the portability, but I enjoy the Wii U version so much that it is good enough for me. I don't really play on the go anyway.
However I was hoping they showed more about the trophy system if any, and the online profile system, specially now that they are going to charge for the online functionality.
So there are still many mysteries about the console. I hope they don't cancel the Wii U version of Breath Of The Wild though. As that's the version I want.

Even though I'm still not really impressed with the new Zelda, and the new Street Fighter remix port is pretty pathetic, the new Mario looks really interesting. I just hope this new mario game throws us a bone in terms of making the physics and moveset a bit more like they were in 64 and sunshine instead of leaving them gimped. It looks like the levels are really big and non-linear though, which is a good sign.

XENOBLADE 2! For some reason, I'm a bit more excited about that game than Zelda. I read somewhere that the guy who did Chronotrigger's music is in on this one. I don't know why they switched up the graphical style though. It will take some time to get used to it. From what I have seen, it will be a sequel to the original, and I was not expecting that at all.

The Zelda trailer was dope for me. I think I shared a tear.
The new Mario reminds me of when I first saw Sonic Adventure but bigger, and Splatoon always gave me the vibe of Jet Set Radio for some reason.
It looks that the new 3D Sonic is going to be good too, at least for Sonic fans like me.
Like I sais before I'm excited they are bringing back Ultra Street Fighter II, but I wonder how can we even add a fightstick to this thing.
If you notice on the PS3/PS4 generation between Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy XV most important best seller games were not JRPG, as opposed of previous generations when JRPGs were huge and important on consoles, such as Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Secret Of Mana, Chrono Trigger, etc..
This looks more like another JRPG machine similar to what the PS1/SNES were.
Nowadays the biggest JRPG titles are mostly played on handhelds such as Fire Emblem, Bravely Second, Etrian Odyssey, Zero Time Dilemma, Xenoblade, Monster Hunter, Shin Megami Tensei, Persona Q, Yo-Kai Watch, Pokémon, etc..
The Switch is a handheld system so it doesn't surprise me most important 3rd party devs announced work on JRPGs games such as Atlus, Level 5, From Software, Tokyo RPG Factory, etc..
Sure we'll have the traditional AAA Nintendo titles like Breath Of The Wild and Super Mario Odyssey, but something tells me this console will be heavily recognized as JRPG console.
It would not surprise me that just like we saw 5 iterations of the 3DS, we will see updated versions of this thing as tech advances and stronger ships become smaller in time.
The design can actually play all the generations of Nintendo consoles. You can literally port 100% of their backlog to this thing (NES, SNES, N64, GameCube Wii, Wii U) because it is capable to play them all, handhelds too. That along speaks of a very robust virtual console.
I can't wait for the classics to get ported like Super Smash Bros. Melee, Mario Kart Double Dash!!, F-Zero GX, Super Mario Sunshine, Wind Waker, Luigi's Mansion, Metroid Prime, all seen to be coming to the store.
However I recognize a lot of people are into JRPGs and considering how massive those games are in terms of size it's good that people will find the time to complete those endless hours of gameplay on the go.

It seems it has no analog triggers, so I guess that could be a problem for anyone expecting Game Cube games on Virtual Console. Edit: By the way you mates are reacting, it seems Nintendo Consoles are the new Sonic Cycle.
