My own Switch worry is $470
They're only $300 last time I checked. Yeah, I got an email from Amazon saying that they would be available one day, and WHAM, I saw that $470 price tag. Pass. They're $299 when you can find them. I bought my son a couple of Wii games from Game Stop the other day, and they had them. Unfortunately, you had to buy some lame ass bundle pack which I had no interest in either. I hope Nintendo's issue with Apple ends soon. They have to get production levels up. |

On the plus side, there's already a couple 3rd party alternatives to the expensive Pro controller (sans gyromascope), as well as an adapter that will let you use other gamepads like an Xbox or PS4 controller.
I'm holding out for the inevitable system refresh that will have a bigger screen, larger battery, hopefully better right analog placement and 64 MEGA POWER. Oh wait I'm thinking 16 bit era. I mean MORE CPU POWER.

I got it on day one. I even made the line at midnight outside of Best Buy to get it. I left it with my little brother. I will definitely play it a lit when I get back from vacation.

I got Switch but didn't get Arms or Splatoon. My cousin got a Switch with those though this week so I'll try those and let him try Zelda and Mario Kart. |

So a few days passed, I'm still in love with the Switch, I sometimes catch myself picking it up and turning it on and... Well, turning it off soon after.
As amazing as it is, the system still doesn't have anything for me to sink many hours into. I think this is extremely positive for the early publishers, specially Ubisoft, but pretty harsh on anyone who isn't prone to buying games with no meaningful indication.
Btw, every day I pick it up I remember that there are other controller options and how awful the joycon "d-pad" is.
