I'm going with the Lynx version here, because the game is damn good. The GBA edition is quite good as well, so that comes in second for me.

I love rhythm games. Handheld platforms are excellent for these kind of games because you can play them in small doses while you're out.
I'm voting for the classic Game Boy version just because I'm very impressed this genre made it to that system.

I'm going with the game gear version just because of the cover Some versions got some far out covers for sure. I'm personally biased toward the 2001 A Space Odyssey inspired cover the japanese Game Boy version got, but both Game Gear covers are cool too, the Lynx cover is also very nice showing off what the game looks like but in a very high detail kind of way.
