I never heard of this. It looks like something I may like. It is just really hard to choose between the Lynx, and the Game Gear. They are both legendary handheld systems.

This one I never really got into, but it does look rather interesting. The colors on the Game Gear look darker, for some reason, and I'm wondering if it is because of the programming or the emulator.
I found this while trying to play it:

I only use Android phones, so often I miss on many iOS ports. Even then, mobile is never the best way to enjoy these games.

I like how that history video had the original developer interview in there giving some background to the game, that level of professionalism is rare on youtube. However, I don't agree with them that the Game Gear version is bad, I'd say it's one of the best and arguably better than most other versions, the simplicity of the game and the style it has I feel is more at home on a low res 8-bit system like the Game Gear with nice little sprite based graphics, unlike on mobiles with newgrounds flash animation looking visuals, on smart devices it looks exactly like what it is, a cheap mobile game, and that's definitely NOT meant as a compliment. In my opinion this game absolutely benefits visually from pixelated old school graphics like that seen on Game Gear and Lynx, and the portability I think also adds to this type of game, puzzle games just fit so well on portables as you can solve a puzzle or two while waiting for something else without being tied to a stationary screen to play it on. Simply put, in my opinion the Game Gear and Lynx versions are the best of them all.
With that being said, I have a hard time picking favorites between these two, but I guess ultimately I give it to the Lynx because I like the colors a bit more, the Game Gear version has very strong colors and I feel it has a slightly oversaturated look as a result, like pink for example almost looks red on Game Gear, I prefer the cleaner colors on Lynx.

I don't think the GameGear version looks all that bad either. I guess I need to get my hands on a copy to see their point though.
