Wasn't Rosa Parks a guest on Game Grumps once and Jontron made her sit in the back of the room saying "Puyo Pop is a white man's game"? That was pretty uncomfortable. I even remember his playthrough of SWAT 4 where he kept failing missions because his use of excessive force whenever there was a black NPC. I'm surprised he's just catching flak now after all this time.

The US solves everything with wars. Just look at your president, solving social encounters with Twitter wars. Without the US fighting wars, "Schindler's List" wouldn't have won an Oscar. Maybe it would? A groundbreaking dystopian movie where Jews are being persecuted while the whole world is engaged in a world war. A lot of creativity there! |

The non-Americans are rising up on this forum. Sure are. I feel like ranting incoherently myself. Bugger it, here goes. Gone are the days of G.I. Joe protecting freedom. Now, it's Uncle Sam and his empty jerry can. We've had an invasion of Iraq over fictitious WMDs. We've had Qadaffif deposed over fake war crimes (when it was about this new gold-based currency he wanted to create for Africa) and we've had a resurrection of cold war fear with Russia, the worst 80's revival of all. It spends more on tanks and gun than its own people, much like some African nations. -bites tongue- |

Short answer: members of other rival tribes. There are numerous examples when they abducted whites from Colonial America up until Western Expansion into Apache and Comanche territories (1880's). Pre-Columbian groups (Aztec, Mayan, and Inca) enslaved whole populations. The Aztec reliance on human sacrifice might be considered "problematic." |

Germans prior to World War 1 and 2 were considered the most reasonable, logical, and culturally aware as a country. Considering Eugenics and eventually Nazism flourished there that is all the more tragic and completely eliminates any argument how "enlightened" they were. They still followed into destruction. Many of Putin's actions can be seen to mirror the 1930's. He more or less wants to establish the old Russian Empire anew. Odd considering he is a former KGB head... |
