I was watching a couple of new videos on You Tube, and it seems like the same old complaints are constantly discussed on some of Mark's videos, yet others seem to be just fine. I find it rather perplexing. I watched the Nintendo 64 controller vs the PS4 controller, and the comments were of the same ilk we heard about a couple of years ago.
"This show was so much better years ago."
"You should just retire."
"You aren't funny anymore."
Now granted, the video was stupid and unnecessary, but the typical "why are you watching?" comment came up every now and then. I don't understand the urge for people to recycle the same old complaints.
Then I watched the review of the Shinobi III soundtrack on vinyl, and the comment section was just full of praise for Mark's work. Mark just can't catch a long term break now, can he?

Those kids are annoying. Mark should just ignore them. If he starts listening they may get on his nerves and that can only be bad for the show. The purpose is to keep the show alive, that's why people buy stuff, that's why people becomes a patreon. Those kids are definitely not helping at all.

Mark is on it again complaining he's not getting enough Patreon money with the new fees added to Patreon. Now he's going to transfer more effort from videos to book making. I'm seriously contemplating to drop my pledge now. I have been giving him 5 bucks a month for his podcast since day 1 to support the show, but if he's going to do less and still charge such a ridiculous price I'm out. People buy his books because of the show, not the other way around. He'll be completely left out in obscurity if he continues to deflate the show.  |

How are his books doing anyway? I have a feeling they're not NY Times bestsellers, you should never count on the reading ability of the average youtube consumer, or their willingness to buy books.
I bought Lord Karnage 1.5 (which I liked) and Heyzoos the coked up chicken a month or two ago. Yeah they're not books they're comics, but they still support Mark right?

Mark has cancelled the podcast yet again. This month will be the last one. I will most likely cancel my pledge after this. So tired of constant negativity from his Patreon updates. No other Patreon campaigns complain this much. Whatever.
