That is why I'm pretty sure that Xenoblade Chronicles X will be ported in the years ahead. (Still holding on to the hope that the Xenogears/Xenosaga games come out!) Having the entire Xeno series on Switch will be awesome for the fans. People will definitely applaud that.

It wasn't a direct, but it was a direct update. Did you see the newest updates for the SNES and NES online?
I'm excited to play Star Fox 2 for the first time ever. I loved Super Punch Out too! Just those two games excite me. Kirby Super Star and Breath of Fire II are icing on the cake. The NES games intrigue me too. Has anyone played Journey to Silus before? That game looks like it kicks ass, and the soundtrack sounds great. I've never heard of that one. Crystalis isn't a mystery to me, but I've never played through that one before.

Journey To Silius like we mentioned in another thread is the best Terminator game ever made. I highly recommend it.
It sucks they lost the license at the last minute. It would have been so much more incredible with it, but it is still an awesome game.

So far, I've loved every game in this release...EXCEPT FOR STAR FOX 2. I'm sad to say this, but I'm glad it wasn't released, and Star Fox 64 came out in its place.

I was never a fan of Star Fox, that IP is definitely a weird one for Nintendo to embrace. However unlike most people I did enjoy Star Fox Zero when it came out.

You did? Before I get it, tell me what's up with the control scheme. Is it THAT hard to figure out? It is probably not for everybody. For me it was intuitive, but I'm always attracted to "gimmicky" stuff in general, some people just like the standard stuff, and that's fine. I feel the reason why I don't like just one way to play is because I grew up as an arcade enthusiast, and those games were often trying new ways to play.

We never discussed the March mini Direct. Is there any game that interests anyone here? Of course, I'm a Xenoblade nut, so I'll definitely be picking up the definitive edition on launch day. The new area on the shoulder looks like there is going to be a tie in to the rest of the Xeno-universe, so I'm extremely excited to see where they go with that. I love that they are tying the two stories together. I'm just hopeful that Xenoblade Chronicles X gets some love sometime soon. The game was incredible, but the ending had a million question marks remaining.

I was interested in the Panzer Dragoon remaster, and the remake of Episode I Racer too.
It is nice they are bringing back games from that generation. They already have Doom 64, and both Turok games.

The anime cliches were a bit over the top but I still loved it. From that Direct I also enjoyed the Bravely Default II demo. With most game development slowing down I doubt the game actually comes out in 2020 though. I was interested in the Panzer Dragoon remaster Also this. I heard the remake was a little rough but it got a patch recently that sounds like it improves a lot.

The story is so massive, and it really came together in the last 3 chapters. Torna then pulled on my heart strings. I don't think it is the worst in the series. As a matter of fact, I think they are all great in their own ways. It is odd how each game is drastically different, yet they are all tied together. After hundreds and hundreds of hours tied into each game, when the tie between 1 and 2 happened at the end of chapter 10, I nearly lost it. I really dig the story telling. I am really looking forward to returning to the world of Shulk!

I think that Super Mash looks really interesting.
This mash up of 80s/90s style of gaming seems rather unique. I like how the game is always going to be different, so when you mix the genres, you will always have an individualized experience. I may pick it up if it gets a physical release.

Since there seems to have been a Direct that was cancelled, bits and pieces from what looks like a follow up to an E3 cancellation look like they're feeding to us. Today's video is for The Wonderful 101 Remastered. Now, I have a Wii U, but I never played this one. Has anybody played it? I've heard awesome things about it, since it is a Platinum game.

dschult3 I have The Wonderful 101 on the Wii U, but I haven't opened it yet. It is one of those games that end up on my backlog that I need to get to. I know it is made by Platinum, so I expect it to be good once I play it for a while.

I'm not so sure this would have been in a Direct since it was crowdfunded but this is as good a place for it as any. I'm considering either getting the physical version or waiting for a sale on digital. I'm definitely interested in trying the game out but not entirely sure I'd get into it.
