Well, since you guys keep performing necromantic rituals on this thread I think I will recommend the show that everyone seems to be ignoring this season. Sakamoto desuga.
It's a comedy show with a fairly simple premise, imagine you take "That guy" from an anime, you know the guy that is always cool, edgy and apparently unbeatable and you place it in a slice of life highschool comedy, special edgy moves and all. Now this raises an interesting question "How do you make a show about a Mary Sue entertaining?" The answer is simple; you don't, instead you make the show about the characters in the general vicinity of that Mary Sue, the guys that get jealous that he gets all the ladies, the nerds that get bullied and try to get help from him, the girls that get no advancements whatsoever with him, the teachers that can't put up with his edgy bullshit and finally once you have have used just about every anime highschool stereotype you place him in situations where there wouldn't normally be a Mary Sue character carrying the action (For instance there was an episode about him trying to rent porn movies with a fake ID card that was pure genius in my opinion).
Overall I can recommend it over anything else that's airing this season, there are some bad episodes here and there but they're fairly short as each episode contains two episodes within it, try and give it a shot it's quite fun.

Anyone seen Golgo 13: Queen Bee or Ghost in the Shell: Arise? I don't know if I've seen Queen Bee. I have seen The Professional. I plan to watch them both fairly soon, been in the mood for some old school anime. Recently I watched Cyber City Oedio 808 and Gunsmith Cats. Arise isn't bad, I prefer the original movie and SAC but it was still a good watch.

Ok guys, I'm ignoring everything I didn't read yet, later on I'll read everything, because right now I must say: KILL la KILL is awesome!
I have watched the first 2 episodes, and wow! Everything about it leaves an impression. I get the feeling that because animations have to express their plots and scenes quickly due to how expensive they are to make, Kill la Kill ended up packing a lot of information into most of its "shots". Matoi is one of the most likeable characters I have seen in anime, she reminds me a lot of my feelings of insubordination throughout my teen years (I still have them, though); then Mako is so adorable and crazy and actually a really hard person to be around with if you aren't the patient type, but that makes me like her a lot - I do know a person with similar characteristics, difference being that there's no innocence in that one, so she's unlikeable as hell. And the rival angry eyebrow lady! Holy crap! She's so great! Damn!
Other things I really enjoy aside from the obvious quality of the animation and sense of humour and overall attention disorder going on is how much it reminds me of other cool things, except done better. There are kamui in this anime! And unlike in Saint Seiya they show a realistic version of what the world would be like if those things actually existed. Another detail is that Matoi is just a Skullgirls character, it's like the Canopy Kingdom could be in the center of the Europe in this same world.
Great stuff!

Does anyone have any recommendations for an Anime that has romance and it is a comedy and at the same time is more oriented towards grown ups? I like many ones based on school drama the problem is that many are mostly oriented toward kids, I just like the mature stuff, it makes it more interested

I like many ones based on school drama the problem is that many are mostly oriented toward kids, I just like the mature stuff, it makes it more interested Monster Musume? LOL Joking aside the closest thing I can think of right now is Welcome to the NHK, it starts as a comedy but gradually becomes the most depressing slice of life romance I've ever seen. I'm not really into romcoms I'm afraid ._. Edit:
Curse my short term memory. I have no idea how I forgot this one after watching it just about six months ago; Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai (Or Shimoneta for short) .
Shimoneta has a very simple concept behind it, basically the Japanese Government decided censoring all forms of media wasn't enough and decided to destroy all the content they deemed lewd and/or innapropiate, which includes basic biology books and most importantly they decided to strap a collar to every citizen to prevent them from talking about sex and a wrist band so more lewd content wouldn't be produced in the future. Now, under normal circumstances an anime would happen as this changes are being implemented, however Shimoneta takes place 10 years AFTER this change was implemented, meaning for the last 10 years biology books have been without any information about reproduction, porn magazines have stopped being produced and people have stopped talking intimately in bed, they have stopped telling dirty jokes and have gotten used to being arrested for doing so. The story also takes place in a standard Japanese highschool and this is where a major flaw in the government's plan is highlighted: Teenagers are horny morons. The story follows the misadventures of a pseudo-terrorist group calling themselves S.O.X created by a figure known as the Blue Snow, a naked vigilante covered only by a bed sheet that goes around spreading lewd material accross the streets of Japan and especially focuses on Tanukichi, a young man that was blacklisted into joining the organization (At the time concisting only of The Blue Snow) and the contrast between his every-day school life and his work at the organization. And I think that's about all I can say about the show without spoiling the rest of the plot (But yes, there's romance in there). It's a very entertaining series that fails to take its premise seriously, it's cleverly written and it managed to get a couple of laughs out of me. I guess my only real complain about it is the limited cast and short screen time for some of the support characters, however it makes up for it by constantly moving the plot forward without feeling forced. Plus it's educational too, I actually learned how to make an honest to god Onahole watching the show (This isn't a joke, the ending of one of the episodes shows detailed instructions on how to make one ._.)

Nana has some funny moments, although I wouldn't call it comedy. Maybe check that one out. I'd recommend Ouran, but well guessing you've seen that by your avatar. I feel like I should be able to think of more but that's all I've got atm.

I liked the few episodes I've seen.

Pimpjira Ah yes! I found Gunsmith Cats in VHS form at a Lifeline bookfest. I've also seen Oedo 808. It's just...bizarre.

Guys! Because of the soon release of the new series I decided to watch the Berserk movies, and just now I came from Berserk: The Golden Age Arc I - The Egg of the King (2012). My thoughts are: stop everything you are doing, go watch that if you haven't already! I never would have expected something that good. Seriously.
Edit: Ok! I've just watched all the Golden Age Arc movies. Am I a different person now? Honestly hope not, also hope I'm not the guy with an Egg of the King either. The impression I get from this arc of this series is the same one I got from watching "2001: A Space Odyssey" for the first time a few weeks ago. Both products have certainly inspired many other movies and games and other media I enjoy, in fact, the Star Gate sequence of 2001 is so influential that it's also present in Berserk itself, much to my surprise.
I could talk a lot about those 3 movies (or 4 if you consider I just mentioned 2001 too), but since no one here seems to have watched - or be in the same vibe - I'm only going to say a couple of things:
- Guts was a mercenary for real, and he had a prosthetic arm. Yeah, I know! Crazy stuff! And his second prothesis didn't even look bad like expected from that age.
- Medieval movies should step up: Kingdom of Heaven and Braveheart are the only movies that come close to Berserk, and even then the former is still a bit on the cartoony side, which is funny to say since I'm literally comparing it to a cartoon. I assume that much of what happens in Berserk could never be shown in the big screens and the ratings would have to be through the roof, but still!... I think those movies spoiled me.
- Multiple games are inspired by it: Demon's Souls, Dark Souls and Bloodborne are known examples, but there's more. Bladestorm: Nightmare, the sequel to Bladestorm: the Hundred Years War (wow! a hundred years war!...) is directly inspired by it too, and not just in story, as some troops, both human and monster, also mimic Berserk designs. Oh yeah, there's Ike from Fire Emblem too.
- Dragon's Dogma: way, way more of what I knew from Dragon's Dogma is based on Berserk. It's not just armor pieces for easter eggs, there are multiple characters directly based on Berserk ones (Mercedes is just Casca), and many of the major events and imagery came directly from the series. For example: the Everfall is the king's dungeon, the event that follows the defeat of the Dragon mimics the Dark Age the Void mentions by the end of the Eclipse event, the whole imagery when fighting the Ur-Dragon came from that same Eclipse event, the phantom enemy is literally the same phantom from Berserk with similar pattern, the Dark Arisen (as pictured in the cover) looks too much like Zodd (even while he shows you his human shape). I wonder if the developers had more for the pawns, since they still seem to be mere game devices.

The characters are young but yeah I do think that also fits what falcula is looking for. I'll also suggest Honey and Clover.

I thought about checking that out, so it's fine without watching the original TV series or reading any of the manga? I read a little bit of the manga, but it was years ago and I don't remember it much.
