Well, the PSP one wins because of fidelity, but that's just a hardware thing. I'm sure the Game Boy Advance one is cool too. These games are beyond awesome, but they are meant to be played with a wheel. Sega Rally is one of my favorite racing series of all time.

This is a really great game on PSP, I'd say the best rally game the PSP got, even above WRC which is also a very good game. It has tons of cars, plays nice and smooth with good controls, there are tons of tracks to race on and sports some really impressive and nice looking visuals. I like it more than the Xbox 360 and PS3 version for sure, but then again Bugbear developed the PSP game and they've done some of the best racing games ever, like the awesome FlatOut series with minigames where you launch the driver as a ragdoll out the front window in various minigames like bowling, basketball and darts, I absolutely love that series and FlatOut 2/Ultimate Carnage/Head On is one of my all time favorite games.
The N-GAGE version is very good for what it is, Hitmaker did a good job with the unusual little phone portable console hybrid they had to work with, a pretty impressive N-GAGE game overall, relatively on par with the Arcade/Saturn/PC original game but with way more cars and tracks (the original of course only had three cars and 4 tracks, whereof one of each had to be unlocked before you could access them, so a lot of people only got to play with 2 cars and 3 tracks, these newer versions have thankfully added significantly more content than that since then), the vertical screen is a bit dodgy for a racing game when you really wanna be able to see things to your left and right more, but it's not a major issue, just something to get used to.
The only bad version is the GBA version; it's very choppy, there's tons of popup, the controls are flimsy and the visuals are of different resolutions for different things, like the sprites are normal GBA res but the environments are only 1/4 of the already low GBA screen res, it's extremely pixelated and hard to even distinguish where the road goes a lot of the time, easily one of the worst rally games I've ever played, if not the worst. If you're looking for good rally games on GBA, avoid this sack of wet turds and stick to Top Gear Rally and V-Rally 3, they're both good choices, V-Rally 3 especially is regarded by many as one of the best games on GBA, it uses the same impressive 3D engine as Driv3r, Stuntman and Asterix & Obelix XXL does.

I wanted to try the PS3 version, called Sega Rally Revo, but it never came out digitally, so I never had the chance. I have no idea if Sega Rally Revo is good, but knowing the series, I imagine it is.
The one that came out digitally was Sega Rally Online Arcade which is basically Sega Rally 3 on HD, that one I absolutely love, it is one of my favorite games on the system.
I personally cannot enjoy these games without a wheel, but with a wheel they kill. Arcade racers that don't need a wheel to be fun are the MotorStorm games, but I don't know if those came out for handhelds.

MotorStorm Arctic Edge (a cold and frozen tundra themed opposite to the warmer and tropical themed MotorStorm Pacific Rift) came out on PSP (and PS2) in 2009.

stratogustavI haven't played the PS2 version of Arctic Edge but I have the PSP version and it's a great game. I have the SEGA Rally REVO demo on Xbox 360 downloaded from Xbox Live, it seems the same demo exists on PS3 and PC as well, so you could download that and give it a test run and see what you think of it. dschult3It's possible this is the first time it's part of a poll.

Wow, a Sega Rally on the N-Gage! I can't believe I've never heard about that.
